With over two decades in packaging machinery and automation, he continues to stay hands-on — from helping solve technical challenges to commissioning complete systems across Australia.
His practical mindset and commitment to long-term performance are at the heart of how PacMatix operates today.
Outside of work, Ettienne enjoys fishing and camping.

Yolande van Vuuren
Yolande expertly manages spare-parts orders, finance, and daily administration, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. With a warm and compassionate personality, she ensures clear communication and seamless coordination across our team.
Outside of work, Yolande gives back to the community through a local breakfast club supporting disadvantaged primary-school students.
She’s also an enthusiastic paddle-boarder — bringing that same energy and sense of balance to everything she does.
